Dr. Martin Salazar
Dr. Martin Salazar graduated from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru in 2000 and move to the U.S. the same year. He attended the University Of Illinois At Chicago and graduated from the College Of Dentistry in May of 2006. Dr. Salazar is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association since 2006. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Dental Organization. Dr. Salazar believes in Education and has more than 900 hours of continuing education in different areas of Dentistry. In June 2014, he received the award of Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry recognizing his “dedication and exceptional interest in responsible patient care”.

Dr. Walter Carbajal
Dr. Walter Carbajal was born and raised in Lima, Peru. He graduated from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru and from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Carbajal is dedicated to providing the very best options to meet his patients’ dental needs. In order to be proactive in the care of his patients, he has continued to expand his knowledge of dentistry in multiple areas. He and his team are totally committed to helping patients maintain a beautiful, healthy smile through innovative and caring dentistry. In addition to making your smile beautiful, Dr. Carbajal enjoys spending time with his son, Sebastian.
